With 25 years of experience in real estate and development, Fe decided to move her entire family from the Philippines to the United States for a better life. Fe first settled her family in Jamaica, Queens. Fe Sanchez is now focused on developing in Queens and The Hamptons. Sanchez Development will focus on developing distressed properties.

Giovanni Corpus

MANAGING PARTNER

Giovanni graduated Summa Cum Laude with his Master's in Business Administration from Touro University. He earned Cum Laude Associate's and Bachelor's degrees from the City University of New York Medgar Evers College. Giovanni is a real estate investor who founded a successful commercial mortgage, real estate, and business development company.
